How long we keep information

Records are kept for minimum period of 5 years from the end of our contract. They are then securely destroyed.

Visits to our website

We use a third party service, WebHealer/PHD Interactive Ltd to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. This information is processed in a way that does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow WebHealer/PHD Interactive Ltd to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting my website. Legitimate interests is the lawful basis for holding and using your personal information in this way when you visit my website.

 

WebHealer/PHD Interactive Ltd manage the website content so that we can continually improve the professional counselling and client care service. The website may use cookies to help the site work. No user-specific data is collected. If you fill in a form on the website, that data will be temporarily stored on the web host before being sent to us.

 

How to complain

If you have any concerns about our use of your personal information, you can make a data protection complaint either in person, over the telephone, or in writing using the email address below. Current UK regulations require you to attempt to resolve any data protection grievances directly with us, in the first instance.
